Chef Glowne has led the kitchen at Vegan King since 2022. She designs the menu, from Ghanaian classics such as omo tuo with groundnut soup and okro stew with banku to CocoYummy™ chocolate pudding and fresh-pressed juices, and she oversees every meal that leaves our kitchen at Kuku Hill, Osu.
As Managing Director she also runs Vegan King's meal plan service. For subscribers and for households in the diplomatic community, she plans each menu personally in a Menu Design Session, built around the household's tastes, schedule and dietary needs.
Our goal: to help 1,000 people in Accra live healthier lives through our meal plans.
