This policy explains how Vegan King Ltd. ("Vegan King", "we") handles personal information when you visit vegankinggh.com, order from us or send us a message. We follow Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

When you order or message us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form on this website: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, delivery address, your order, and anything you tell us about allergies or dietary needs.
When you start a meal plan: the details you enter in our meal plan form, such as your meal preferences, schedule and delivery address.
When you visit this website: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How the website form works

The message form on this website does not store anything. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your message opens in WhatsApp on your device, and nothing is sent until you press send there. WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies to that message.

How we use your information

To prepare, deliver and follow up on your orders and meal plans.
To plan menus that respect your allergies and dietary needs.
To reply to your questions.
To tell you about menu changes or offers, only if you have agreed to hear from us. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles it

Delivery riders receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
Google hosts our meal plan form and our email.
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the anonymous visit statistics.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. Our fonts are served from our own website rather than from a third party, so no cookie banner is needed.

How long we keep it

We keep order and meal plan records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to veganking.gh@gmail.com or call 055 665 0441. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
